Anyone living the keto life while pregnant? I am considering staying on keto during my pregnancy and I'm curious about folate consumption. Due to the lack of fortified grains while keto, do you think it best to supplement even higher than what's in my prenatal? I eat other folate rich foods such as broccoli and brussel sprouts, but those are still behind options such as legumes and fortified grains.
Also curious how this lifestyle has impacted morning sickness and other pregnancy symptoms. Please share your advice and experiences, thanks.
