Implantation bleeding?

So, my SO and I had unprotected sex a week ago.. my period is late by 5 days.. and I started spotting yesterday, wasn't even enough to fill a pad (brown in color) and was only for a few hours and completely stopped. Now today when I go to wipe, it's light pink, but only when I wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding or just AF slowly making her way? I've also had teal bad cramps but they arnt like my normal AF cramps.
