Hello ladies. My LO is 12 days old and I’m exclusively pumping for him. I’m having my 1st episode of clogged milk duct ! I believe it it because I’ve missed a pumping session. It’s sooooo painful ! I’ve tried everything online but won’t go away ! Any tips that worked for you ladies ?? Thanks x
