Periods are extremely painful after miscarriage

I miscarried back in October. I was only 8 weeks along and since then I have had 3 periods and each more painful then the next. I have Endometriosis and my gynecologist is useless. He used to be brilliant by he is close to retirement and doesn’t care anymore. He refused to see me when I started the bleeding while I was pregnant, during my miscarriage, and after my miscarriage. It took my family doctor to call over and get blood work and an ultrasound done. My ultrasound showed nothing but I was still passing stuff 2 weeks after the ultrasound. Anyway. My periods are getting worse and I don’t know what to do. I started last. Isn’t and I have not been able to leave my bed and I’ve been crying. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?
