why can’t i orgasm?

so ive been with a lot of guys but not 1 has made me orgasm. I didn’t fuck any of them but they all tried by fingering and stuff like that.

i always feel like i get close but then i feel like i have to pee. idk what this means or if i actually have to. r these guys doing something wrong? i’m so confused.
