Pimplies on my three week old?

I have a three week old and ever since he was born he gets a random pimple here and there but goes away within hours, yesterday his face got full of it and my mom says its fine. Has anyone else’s baby had this? Is it normal or should i take him to the doc ?

my son had this when he was first born pretty bad. it goes away quick though!

It’s fine and normal. Putting breast milk on them helps clear it up fast

Ihad to change baby detergent and cleared up pretty quick

Completely normal, try washing the face with water only a few times a day and letting breast milk dry on the skin afterwards.
