Cartel family vs family 😒

It’s so difficult to vent on this to any part of my family. I know somewhere some one is in this same situation or even worse.

My grandparents in Mexico City passed away. They left a huge property with 3 houses in it. Before my grandfather passed away he left the files for all the houses to my dad. He trusted my dad because my dad has always been the responsible one, and because he trusted that my dad wouldn’t sell the houses since it’s our reunion/get together place for all our family members. Recently my aunt Kari passed away of sickness.. she left 2 teenage kids. The 3 of them lived in one of the houses and she would take care of the other houses as well. After she passed away my other aunt Gabi snuck in and stole all the files for the 3 houses that my dad kept in a safe. She got a lawyer and is trying to change my dads name to her name on the files. So she can eventually sell them. Which will leave my cousins homeless plus no family reunions anymore. My other cousins and aunts and uncles have been trying to stop her, my dad even offered Gabi to buy the lot back and give her the money she wants.

This didn’t even convince her.. she got so mad that she even threatened my mom on “disappearing” anybody who steps on the property.

The sad part is that we can’t do anything legally. EVERYONE is corrupt. No police, lawyers or anything can help😞 now it’s family vs family.
