So my 11 month old who was previously a perfect sleeper and self-soother is now refusing sleep altogether. She fights naps for HOURS and if I try to turn my back for one second she’s up standing and screaming at me. She’s so overtired but only taking one crappy 30-45 minute nap a day that I’ve had to force either in the car or with me standing with my hand on her chest. And bedtime which used to be a breeze (same routine from day one and she would fall asleep within 5 mins) she now resists with all her might and takes an hour or more of patting and shooshing. And she wakes up multiple times a night and we have to do the same. And she wakes up around 4-5 and is done sleeping. I’m pregnant again and we’re all so sleep deprived and she’s so tired and cranky all the time now and we just don’t know what to do. Someone please help.
