All day sickness!
Im 6 weeks and 3 or so days not exactly sure yet haven't had my first appt. to confirm but I am experience awful morning sickness that is lasting all day.. No vomiting yet but just horrible extreme nausea! Anyone have any suggestions to help with this?! Im desperate!! Thanks ladies!
