Had sex without a condom, on the pill

I've been on the pill for several years and only messed up with it recently when a week ago I missed my last pill before my placebo (I'm on combo pills). I took it the next day with my first placebo and have been on track since then. But last night and the night before, a guy and I had sex a total of 4 times, every time I would suck him off so he never came in inside me. Is there a chance missing my last pill a week ago could've resulted in me being pregnant - from pre cum?
