Question!
I need some advice from some mommies who exercise! I have been exercising on a regular basics for over a year. I drink shakeology daily. Only one time a day! But I run and life weights and do ab exercises daily. I am 5 weeks, and I am wondering if I need to stop doing ab exercises can it hurt the baby to still do them? This is my third but with my first two I didn't exercise at all and I am wanting to continue so I can stay in shape this whole pregnancy. I would ask my doctor but it's not for another two weeks!! Thanks!
