Heart broken and confused....

I’m supposed to be 10 weeks pregnant. Today I went for my first appointment. They found two empty sacs.... one measures 6 weeks and one measures 5W4D. No fetal pole, no heartbeat, nothing. I am positive on the day of my last period. They did blood work and will do follow up ultrasound and blood work next week.... has anyone had a similar situation and everything ended up being fine... please help! This is going to be the longest and hardest week of my life 💔
