Baby has no heartbeat / D&C

I went to the doctor today, they couldn’t find the heart beat & my heart instantly dropped to my stomach. Ultrasound confirmed there is no heart beat. I am suppose to be 15 weeks 4 days & baby is measuring 2 weeks behind. The doctor said there is alot of fluid around the baby. I have a apt tomorrow with maternal fetal medicine and will have a D&C from there. My heart is broken, three months before I got pregnant with this baby I had a miscarriage at 5-6 weeks. I thought everything was okay this time

😞 I have never went to a high risk doctor or had a D&C, can anyone give me some insight? Please pray for me ❤️
