Breast leakage??

I have a question. No BFP just got over AF and I was in the bathroom and I'm confused I was doing my "boob excercises " and my one breast started to leak.. Any reason why?

Stimulating them can cause them to leak. If it continues, bring it up to your doc, they'll need to check your prolactin levels.

It could be hormonal, I have the same thing along with other things. But yeah. SMH! I wish I had answers for us both.
