When to visit new baby

I’m talking to one of my best friends about what her preferences are for visitors after she has her baby girl as I want respect her and her husband’s privacy. They are so excited and I am for them. Also I’m tearing up while texting her as I started trying to get pregnant about 6 months before her so coming up on a year and a half and I am terrified it’s not meant to be for us. I so badly want a baby with my husband. 😭 Will it ever be our turn? 🌈

Our friends recently welcomed a baby girl! We just asked them when would be most convenient for them for us to visit. We visited in hospital and a few days after they got home. I made them dinner and took it over, as well as lactation cookies for the new mama. 
I understand it’s hard and emotional when all you really want is to be in their shoes BUT, when it’s meant to happen for you, it will! We have to remember we cannot compare ourselves to our friends, family, coworkers, etc. all of our bodies are different. It’s the same thing when you do become pregnant. You can’t compare your pregnancy to anyone else’s. Keep being positive and being a loving person. Your time will come! You could always make an appointment with your doctor to see if you could try medications or other treatments to aid in your conceiving. Baby dust to you!
