Curious what other preggo mommas drink shakeology while pregnant? This is my 1st! I’ve been drinking it for a year now, I asked my doc about it and he said as long as I’m taking a folic acid pill with it I’m all good 🙌🏼
I noticed the vegan doesn’t have all the vitamins/minerals as the regular flavors, so I’m thinking I’m ok to have a prenatal with that one.
Any coaches out there? Curious what your opinion on that is!
