Teen Date Ideas?

I’m a teenager that isn’t old enough to drive and am dating someone that is also under the driving age. We spend a lot of time together but often have a very hard time figuring out what to do especially because we have to find someone to drive us everywhere. I don’t know how I feel about staying home quite yet, we both have siblings that don’t exactly mind their own business. We’ve already exhausted a lot of options. If you have any easy (and preferably cheap) date ideas they would be much appreciated! Note that it is currently 10 degrees Fahrenheit where we at so outdoor date aren’t the best idea at the moment!
