Haven't been to the dr in months

I'm 38 weeks and I haven't been to the dr since October.. (Not by choice) I have my appointment tomorrow.. What can I expect? I am having a very difficult time walking and my legs and hands have been getting swollen the last few days.. But I don't feel like baby has dropped yet
