TMI red bumps?? Help please.

Hey y’all! a few days ago i posted this pic of a red bump on my lower belly .

it’s been like 4 days and this i what it looks like now .

it’s super sore to the touch and feels almost like a bruise. anyone know what this is??? please help . i’m worried .

Do you always have the pink lines or is it streaks... or is it stretch marks? 
If you do not always have them I would bring going to the dr or hospital ASAP!  It could be lymphangitis

Could also be a staph infection or spider bite. I’ve had several staph infections before and they looked very similar to this. Started out like a bug bite and came to a head like a pimple. I’d go to the doctor just in case. Don’t pop it. Use warm compress.
