I’m confused😳 Help Me!!

HOW does one know she’s in labor? With my first child, i was scheduled an induction. so i never experienced the start of labor. But my water might’ve broke. Have consistent heavy cramping and back pain. My baby isn’t moving much. I have a trickle of pee everytime i move or have any pressure down there. And finally, it’s like i can’t walk without waddle really bad and it’s like gravity is pulling my uterus towards the ground with pain.
