Is it possible to get pregnant without a peak??

I’ve had 20 days of flashing smiley face. Unsure what to do but I stopped testing yesterday as I was sick of getting smiley faces and not a solid 😢😯🙄 what could it be detecting if not pregnancy or ovulation?? I won’t peak, so I’ll have to try again when I get my period (I don’t know when that will be, waiting on it to come back after miscarriage)
