Low lying placenta

I am 19 weeks pregnant, and I was told when we did ultrasound (15 weeks) that my placenta is low lying. We are having another ultrasound a week later to see if the placenta changed position to up. Anybody experienced ? I am hoping for the best, but if the placenta is still low, as I having an early birth or something?
