Ok I know most people have problem with losing weight, BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM ON GAINING... I want to gain more weight but I only get a chance of 2 meals/day so breakfast (sometimes) and dinner when I get home at 4:30 soooooooo how can I gain more weight with just 2 meals.. like what do I eat!? Lmao I’m 5’6/7 and weigh 125
Also pls don’t be like eat 500 (or whatever) more calories bc I don’t even look at the calories idk lmao
