Who is a First Time Mom?

Question

My previous pregnancy ended up in a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks. I was given oxytocin to induce the miscarriage, but then had to have D&C. I am now pregnant again. 33w. Am I a first time mom in the scientific sense? Or does my body “know” what to do?

Your body knows what to do,it's weird to think of it that way but our bodies are giant baby building factories,sometimes there is a mistep during assembly which unfortunately ends in miscarriages but  you are still a mother. Building babies is the hardest thing to do in the world
