Cortisone
I have really bad carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands, tried every remedy have braces but nothing works, not sleeping more then an hour at a time, I am 7 months pregnant, my doctor has given me an appointment for a cortisone shot has any one had this done before she said it was safe but a little scared :(
