Weird CM!

I have already ovulated and in the ttw. Well, I thought it was all the same because I started having the same CM that I always have when I’m about to start my period (sticky) well this morning I woke up and there was water like CM all over my panties. Almost like I peed a little lol. My period is supposed to come in 9 days. Has anyone ever had this happen? And is it normal before a period?
