Early period? Implantation?

Question

Soo my period was due 1/23 but came 1/19. It was red but absolutely no clots (like my usual) and only 2 days(I’m usually 5 days) not heavy at all (like my usual) and yesterday and today, I’ve only seen blood when I wipe. Could I be implanting? Can I test today?

In theory anything is possible. But typically implantation is literally a drop or two of faint pink. The embryo is microscopic, so you aren't going to bleed significantly when it implants. Most women do not get implantation bleeding at all. Spotting a little later in pregnancy due to instability of the lining is common, but this happens at 6-8 weeks. More likely AF came a couple days early and was just a light cycle. Variations in hormones month to month can cause bleeding to change a bit, and rarely do women have a cycle that is exactly x days long every month. Most women have cycles that range 29-32 days, or 26-29 days, etc etc. Rare is the woman whose cycle is exactly 28 days every single month.
