Lowering FSH and getting your BFP

Ladies please tell me what supplements you’ve used to lower your FSH or just to get your BFP in general. Alllll comments and suggestions welcome! We really want our BFP and I’m taking so many different things I want to stick to what worked for my fellow ladies on Glow!
