Little nervous

On saturday i went to er for bleeding. It wasnt a lot but pink and for a couple of hours. I had done clear blue digi week estimator and had 1-2 weeks. My hcg was at 105 which they said was low and i was likely miscarrying. So i went home heartbroken since i miscarried in febuary. Well the spotting has not happened again and i took a clear blue digi this am and got 2-3 weeks. Going in tomorrow for another hcg test. So nervous, anyone had this happen before? Oh and i was either 15 or 16 dpo yesterday. And 16 or 17dpo today.
