Ultrasound at 8 week appointment?

How many of you got an ultrasound at your first prenatal appointment. Mine will be at approximately 8 weeks. Did they do any other kind of testing? They didn't say for sure what they would be doing. But I did miscarry my previous baby so I'd assume they would

Yes, they did a scan at my first appt for pregnancy confirmation and viability

With my second, a scan was scheduled at the appt for a couple days later.  I also had a previous miscarriage and they were on board with my request for a scan.  With my first, I didn’t have a scan until the 19wks anatomy scan.
