I got my braces out earlier today, and I can't get my retainer until Friday, 3 days from now. I'm worried about my teeth shifting. How likely will it happen? Is there anything I can do until I get my retainer?

Its going to be frickn tight when you first wear them but you will get used to it.. it might move a little not huge idk why they made 3 days to wait i got my in exact day but 3-4 hrs apart good luck x

My little sister got braces in October, they told my parents that your teeth shift every minute. Idk if that’s true. But 3 days probably won’t be a BIG difference
