Testing after ovulation

How long after ovulation should I start testing for BFP? I’m super anxious and I haven’t gotten AF yet but it’s not due for another 2 days. I’ve taken a test today but got a BFN. I’ve got a few symptoms but that could be for either pregnant or PMS. When should I test after ovulation??
