Period is getting worse with age
Is it normal for the heaviness of your period and symptoms to get worse as you get older? I’m 29, and I feel like each month my period is heavier, and cramps/nausea/back pain is worse. I’m starting to dread that time of the month, whereas in the past, I never used to give it a second thought.
