Annoyed in paradise.

When I got with my husband we both thought we were done having kids.. We discussed me getting my tubes untied and he was all for it... Until it came time to pay for it. (which is me saving). I feel like he should have just been honest from the beginning and maybe I wouldn't feel lead on.. But at this point I feel like he was dishonest about it... And I am not sure how to move forward... Any advice would be great ladies

Edit:: He no longer wants me to have the procedure done.... I saved up for a year to have it done... The cost is only 6200.00
