The closer my due date gets, the less prepared I feel

I was a nanny with a 1 year old and a newborn at one point. “I can handle this!” I told myself confidently when I first saw those 2 pink lines.

The closer I get to popping this kid out, the less prepared I feel to have a newborn that is completely my responsibility (and my husband’s lol). And surprisingly, have 3 bonuskids that I’ve helped raise since they were 5 and 7 does not adequately prepare one for a newborn.

Anyone else feeling completely unprepared or just me??
