Is semen stretchy?

So, I didnt notice any cm this month. My husband and i had sex day 1 of ovulation according to the app but like i said no cm. Right after sex i went to pee and noticed this stretchy, clear thing hanging from me all the way to the toilet water. I tought it was eggwhite cm but I didnt see nothing else the following days or the days before. Now my period is late 4 days and I am thinking it was eggwhite and i am pregnant. My question to you guys is, has anyone ever seen stretchy semen? Is it too early to do a pregnancy test? Pardon my ignorance I couldn't find anything about this online
