I just found out I’m pregnant and I don’t know what to do I took a pregnancy test at the hospital but they didn’t guide me on anything they just told the test came out positive. Should I go to any specialist so they can tell me what to eat or not and if I should take prenatal vitamins. I’ve seen people that get ultrasound when they 5 weeks pregnant. PLEASE HELP
