Cycle day 39, 7 days late 😞

Going to the doctor Thursday. Is there any hope that It could be pregnancy? This is the longest cycle I have ever had... normally I’m 30-32 days. With my longest being 34 days when I got off my BC in March 2018. TMI but I had one wipe of blood at 14 dpo( after intercourse) but that was it.
