How do you deal with the uncertainty after a miscarriage?

I just found out by a pure accident I was pregnant following a miscarriage that devastated me last February. I took 2 more tests when I got home from the hospital because I didn’t quite believe them. Lol I’m extremely early in my in my pregnancy journey. I’m guessing around 4-5 weeks. Feeling very blessed but stressed. Help appreciated

I’m in the same boat as you. My miscarriage was August of 2018 & I found out yesterday I’m pregnant probably around 3 weeks. I’m so excited & full of joy to have this baby, but I’m so scared.

I basically held my breath for 12 weeks. I wish I had an answer but nothing will take your mind off it. Celebrate it every day! I treated every day like I reached another goal! Try to not let your past taint the present. I had 2 miscarriages before my son. You got this!!

I found out Monday that I'm pregnant again after having a mmc in June and in November.  I'm nervous to do anything.  I'm not sure what doctor to go to ir if I should even go until after the first trimester.  It's hard

It’s so ironic because after two pregnancies when I got pregnant a third time I totally was not worried at all and then I lost the baby..... now I’m symptom spotting all the time and wanting morning sickness to be bad! With the loss I stopped feeling pregnant and so I am worried all the time that if I don’t feel terrible the baby has died

I don’t think the worry ever goes away. It just changes shapes. I took it one day at a time. I’m almost 33w and still worried everyday.
