Congratulations! The fonts are cute and you are beautiful, it just needs a little tweaking 😊 
Firstly I would put your due date/ month rather than the current date which makes it a little confusing. 
And secondly maybe use the same picture of you with your belly if you want the squares mixed n matched so your body ‘flows’ through the pic instead of disjointed, it kind of looks like it’s meant to be the same but your torso disagrees. If that makes sense. So crop the top half of a pic into top left square and the bottom of that same pic into bottom right. 
If your SO is present & involved maybe use a picture together or a ‘we’ statement to make it inclusive 😊

So went on your page & saw the original pic. I think you should post the original like as one picture & maybe have the due date & how far & all on the side? Like not have the picture split up like it is. I think the original pic is cute 😊  or maybe just post the due date in the caption or something? Idk

The only weird part for me is the date. It’s January now so you can’t be due in January and usually people put the due date not the date of the pic. It’s cute though just kind of busy.
