Getting in shape after pregnant
I’m not pregnant yet and we’re now on our 23rd cycle of TTC. I’m 31, 5’3” and currently 175. My goal weight that is just right for me is 140-145. I currently trying to lose the weight. What if I get pregnant before I do? I’m worried about gaining more weight and having a hard time getting it off.
Can anyone offer testimony to losing the weight? I just need some reassurance I feel like.
