Nausea = Can’t Sleep
My period is coming but I’m up all night tonight. Obviously I’m post at 2 am. I’m so nauseous I can’t sleep, and my mind won’t calm down so I can shut down and sleep. Not sure what to do... I almost feel sick but I have felt fine till now.
