Clearblue ovulation kits faulty?

Hi, so last month I had a chemical pregnancy, I bled from 2nd until the 6tj jan, started using my digital ovulation, got a flashing smiley on the 12th January, since then only had flashing... its drove me insane..: so this morning I thought I would try it in water, low and behold, another flashing smiley from tap water!!! I’m fuming! Has anyone else had similar problems ? Luckily I did a couple of cheapie tests last week which I will post, so going off these cheapie test when would you say I ovulated, if I did, the top one is the 15th and bottom one is 16th? I also had EWCM all last week but mainly on 19th 💕
