Hand swelling...?

So I’ll start out with saying I do have high blood pressure that has been managed through my pregnancy. I’m almost 36 weeks and have only had minor swelling in my feet and ankles. Until this morning I woke up and my right hand only (no where else) is super swollen where I can’t make a proper fist and had to fight to get my ring off of that hand.

Anyone else have something like this happen? Did I just sleep on it weird or should I call my midwifes office?... thanks!
