Red blood when I wipe!? 9 weeks

So I just had my first ultrasound Monday and everything was perfect. I just got done peeing and when I wiped there was red blood. Not a lot but it was definitely there. And now I’m freaking out. I’m not cramping at all. Please tell me this is normal 😰

Was it a transvaginal ultrasound? I had a huge bleed after one with my son. I am O- and needed rhogam. If you have a - blood type or if you don’t know I would call and check with your dr.
I had some spotting yesterday and went into the dr. (11 weeks 3 days today).
