Need advice

My daughter grandmother is threatening to take me to court!

She hasn’t seen my daughter for nearly 2 years. My daughter used to have a close bond with her and spend the night until she broke my trust

I then said visits would only take place when I am present.

She’s only been in touch a few times every now and then In the past year and a bit.

She’s now saying I have been making excuses and am stopping my daughter from seeing her to be spiteful. Which is not the case if this was true I would not have been in contact with her at all.

Does anyone know what rights she even has her son is not on my daughters birth certificate as his not allowed access to her as he is a danger to her.
