Can you be pregnant and bleed?

I took an early pregnancy test 11dpo and it was a very faint positive. I tested again with FMU 12dpo and got what I thought was a definite positive. That afternoon I started spotting which I couldn’t understand as my period wasn’t due for another 2/3 days!

The bleeding got heavier the next day and I was experiencing bad cramps. I had been having cramps in the lead up to this along with extremely painful breasts and an amazing sense of smell!

I had these very same symptoms when I was pregnant with my first!

I still have light spotting today (16dpo). I took a pregnancy test with FMU and have got what I think is a positive!

Can someone please shed some light as to what could be going on 🙏🏼

I don’t know when ovulation happened exactly as I’m only going by what app says!
