Is this normal?

My first pregnancy everything happen really early on. I got a positive test two days after a missed period.

Now I'm 12 days late, and just starting to get symptoms such as sore breasts, nausea, headaches, cramps, and heightened sense of smell. (The smells are really killing me since I'm a house keeper at a resort) My temperature fluctuates between 98.8 and 97.8. I even had some cold symptoms last week around Monday. I don't have money for a test right now just looking for some answers or some idea of what's possibly going on so I can relax a bit until I can get a rest.
