11 days late & counting. Negative tests?

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I’ve had polycystic ovaries since I was 11. I’ve gotten pregnant before and given birth when I was 21. I am now 25, and so far in life I’ve never missed a period or been late other than when I got pregnant with my daughter. I’ve always had a very strict cycle. (Also, we use no form of birth control or any methods) I’ve taken 3 tests, one week and a half ago, & two more 4-5 days ago. I just downloaded this app so I could see how late I actually am. Did I test too early? Should I test again? If so when? A new PCOS symptom? I’m a roller coaster ride of emotions and not entirely sure what to do. 😬
