So my first is due in September and, as luck would have it, I’ve been asked to be my friends maid of honor for her wedding in mid November. The bride started a group chat with us 5 bridesmaids so that we’re all on the same page. Talking about ordering dresses, I had made a comment saying I may have to order my dress early since I’ll be 31 weeks when they all will be purchasing theirs. The bride was totally okay with this but one of the other bridesmaids was pestering me and being rude about how I need to order at the same time as everyone else (she knows that I’m pregnant, btw). We worked it out so that I’ll just take my measurements now, account for some post-baby weight, and order mine the same time everyone else does but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little steamed at this girl’s lack of understanding.
